Gen Heart Media operates YouTube channels, including Zen & Vibe and Midnight Noir Jazz. The “Zen Vibe Uploader” application is used only by Gen Heart Media itself to upload videos to its own YouTube channels through the YouTube Data API.

2. Data we access

When authorised by the channel owner, the application accesses:

• The owner’s own YouTube channel information, for the purpose of uploading videos and setting video details (title, description, tags, thumbnail, and privacy status).
• Video upload status, to confirm that an upload completed successfully.

The application does not access the YouTube channels, videos, or personal data of any other person.

3. Data we collect from website visitors

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal information from visitors. If you contact us by email, we use your message only to reply to you.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third party. Data accessed through the YouTube Data API is used only to operate our own channels and is not shared with anyone else.

5. Data retention

Authorisation tokens used by the application are stored securely and only for as long as needed to manage our own channel uploads. You may revoke the application’s access at any time from your Google Account security settings.

6. Children

This website and our channels are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
